The phrase "Team Work Makes the Dream Work" is commonly utilized at Mosaic because it holds true. Successful outcomes are often a result of effective collaboration.
Rejoicing Spirits teams are also discovering that identifying productive partnerships can enhance their ministries. Currently, three innovative collaborative initiatives are being developed in Nebraska.
“Loaves and Fishes,” a service program in Lincoln, Nebraska is pairing with the Great Plains United Methodist Conference to pair service projects with worship.
Four Omaha, Nebraska congregations united in January to launch a city-wide Rejoicing Spirits Community, training event and introduction to potential Rejoicing Spirits communities. St. Timothy’s Lutheran, Faith Westwood United Methodist Church, St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and Immanuel Lutheran Church united to begin this amazing collaborative effort.
In Norfolk, Nebraska, Christ the Servant Lutheran Church (an LCMC congregation) and Christ Lutheran Church (an ELCA congregation) are collaborating to provide both mid-week and Sunday Rejoicing Spirits services.
